Message From Pastor Ernest
One of the things that I love about God’s Church is that through 2 thousand years of persecution, trials and even pandemics, the Church has continued and grown. Jesus even said in Matthew 16 that He will build His Church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it. If there is anything I have seen in this time, it’s that even though our buildings may be closed, the Church is moving and reaching people at greater lengths than before.
We know that one of the main questions on everyone’s minds is “When will we be meeting again as a church?” Well, the beautiful part to the answer, is that we are able to meet now, although maybe not the way we are used to. Currently, Front Range has church services, community groups and even serving opportunities all throughout the week. Many of these opportunities are online so that we comply with our Governor’s orders and the CDC, as well as be good neighbors and love others well. So we are still able to meet as a church, but it may just look and feel a little different. As many churches and organizations across the world and our state, we are monitoring the regulations and advice of medical professionals and our town, county and state leadership. We have and will continue to make adjustments based on the restrictions and freedoms we are given. As we have updates, we will share those with our church and community.
In addition to broadcasting our services online, we are currently gathering in what we call Front Range In Homes. These are gatherings of 10 people or less in different homes across our community. You can find out more info about that here. Once more restrictions are lifted, we will move to Front Range in Communities where we will have multiple localized gatherings in the size groups that are allowed.
In the meantime, please visit our COVID-19 Response Page if you have any needs or if you would like to help meet the needs of others. This is a great time for us to see the good of humanity (remember, we are created in the image of God) rise up and show love and care for one another.
We love you. We are praying for you. If there is anything we can do to meet any needs, please let us know.
In Christ’s Love,
