Online Troubleshooting

We are here to help if you are having trouble watching one of our online services. Try one of these three steps to see if things improve, if not, reach out in the chat of the video you were watching and someone will message you to help figure out the problem.

Step One:

Try refreshing your page. A simple refresh of your browser tends to fix many of the problems that pop up when streaming a service. To do this, look for an icon at the top of your browser that looks like this if you are on a computer

If you are on a phone, simply close out the app you are using and reopen it.

Step Two:

If you are watching on live.frontrange.org, make sure you hit the play button that can appear on the video. Once you hit that play button, you should be taken to the live service.

Step Three:

You may need to lower the quality of your stream and make sure other devices in your house that use wifi are turned off. To lower the quality of your stream, do the following:

For Facebook, click on the small gear icon at the bottom of the video and change the quality to a lower setting.

For live.frontrange.org, click on the small gear icon at the bottom of the video and change the quality to a lower setting.
