Front Range Kids exists to help kids and parents build community, discover purpose, and grow their faith in Jesus. We strive to create excellent, fun, and safe environments each week for kids birth - 6th grade. Use the button below to contact us if you have any questions or need more information about Front Range Kids.
Upon arriving at our church, our greeters will gladly assist you and your family through the check in process. For your first visit, a member of our kid’s greeting team will start by creating your family profile at our First Time Kids station. We will escort you to your kid’s age-appropriate room where their group leader will greet your child and answer any questions you might have. On subsequent visits, you can check your kid in at one of our iPads, and head right to class. We have completed background checks on every one of our adult leaders, and they are trained to make your kid’s experience the best possible. Each Sunday, our kid’s ministry serves infants through 6th graders, as well as children with special needs of all ages!
We utilize an electronic check-in system to expedite drop-off on a weekly basis and to ensure each child’s safety. At your initial check-in, you will be asked for basic information and any known food allergies or medical conditions. After checking in, you and your child will receive matching numeric tags. If you are needed during a service, we will use our system to text your directly, and the four-digit number on your tag will appear on the video screen in the adult auditorium indicating that you are needed to return to the Front Range Kids area. Your kid’s safety is one of our highest values, and we provide a secure kid’s wing. Only families who are bringing their kids to class can enter the kid’s ministry area during services, and can only be picked up with a matching parent tag. Our system is also integrated with the Church Center app, and after checking in, your code is available on the app as well!
The mission of Front Range Kids is to help kids and families build community, discover purpose, and grow their faith in Jesus. Each Sunday, this looks like creating experiences for each and every child to create and grow relationships with their peers and leaders. From toddlers through middle schoolers, we use interactive games and activities, worship, Bible stories, discussion and questions, and sharing prayer time to help children grow in their relationships with peers, leaders, and Jesus. Our goal is that each child experiences fun, excitement, and a loving community group each week, as we teach them about the amazing story of the Bible, and how God is with them, all the time!
Our Special Needs Ministry is specifically designed for children and adults with special needs. We help build community by providing them with a trained buddy to support them in our typical kid’s environments equal to your child’s abilities. We also provide a separate environment specifically for children with special needs where they can engage and learn about God in a safe and fun space. Like our kids, adults with special needs are evaluated on a case by case base to help develop the best experience we can for each person. We believe that no one has more potential to influence your child than you, the parent. We also believe two influences working together will make a greater impact than just two influences, so we want to cue you on ways you can leverage everyday moments to build a meaningful history with your kids. Child Dedication
Child dedications at Front Range are an opportunity to make a commitment as parents to honor God and glorify Him within our household. It is a public commitment to follow the instruction of Deuteronomy 6:5-9. To find out more information or to sign up for the next child dedication, email kids@frontrange.org
Baptism
If your child is interested in baptism, we encourage you to watch our parent/child baptism video. This video will help you begin and continue a conversation with your child about what it means to follow Jesus. This will also help you know what the best next step for your child is. Baptism is not essential for salvation but is a commandment for all those who come to faith in Jesus Christ. Baptism is a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ. It is an act of celebration, obedience, and commitment, and we will celebrate together as we see others being baptized. (Acts 2:38, Colossians 2:11-13)
After watching the video, you can use our faith and salvation conversation guides to help guide your discussion with your child.
